We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be sent the following day. For express delivery, please order before 10am Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
Important:
- Orders placed after 10am on Friday will not be posted until Monday.
- The estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days begins once your order is shipped, not when it is placed, as some items may need to be sourced from one of our other branches.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the EU & UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any fees must be paid before your parcel can be released for delivery.
Unfortunately, Style Boutique has no control over these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities and courier in the destination country. We are unable to predict the amount that may be charged, as this varies depending on your country's import regulations and the value of your order.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be subject to any return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred.
