Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We hope you love your order from Style Boutique. However, if for any reason you would like to return your item we are happy to do so.  

Standard Online Returns Policy  

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the item.  

All returned items must be returned as new, unused and unworn.  

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items; 

  • Earrings and other pierced body jewellery  
  • Underwear and Shape wear  
  • Hats and Hair Accessories  

 

We do NOT offer free returns. Customers must cover the cost of returning their goods via post themselves. We do suggest you return your item via tracked delivery for your own benefit. We cannot take responsibility if an item gets lost in transit.  

Please inform us if there is an issue with your order within the 14-day period so we can sort the issue out as quick as possible.   

Once your item has arrived in our office, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase and can take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. Please allow up to 7 working days for our Team to process your return and refund. 

Cancellations  

In the unlikely instance that we don’t have the product you ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed. This is a possible outcome during busy sale times. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders unless we receive notification via email to sales@styleboutiqueni.com or phone call as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel. 

How To Return Your Item 

All the information you need to return your item is within your parcel. If you have lost your returns leaflet, please enclose a note along with your return including your order number and name.

Incorrect/Faulty Items

We are sorry that you have received an incorrect/faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care Team on 028 8224 7808 or email sales@styleboutiqueni.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be held until we receive the item back to our Customer Returns Department. All reasonable postage costs incurred to return the incorrect or faulty item will be refunded to you and the postage cost to send out the replacement item will be free of charge. Please inform us of the incorrect or faulty item as soon as possible so we can resolve things as quickly as possible for you! Please inform us within your 14 return period.  

I want to exchange an item 

If you would like to exchange the item you have bought for a different size, please contact our Customer Care Team on 028 8224 7808 or email sales@styleboutiqueni.com and we will hold the size required for exchange until we have received the original item back to our Customer Returns Department. Alternatively, you can create a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund. 

The In Store Returns Policy  

  • Goods purchased in store can only be exchanged with original receipt and within 7 days.  
  • Only faulty goods will be refunded. 
  • Goods personally chosen cannot be refunded.  
  • Credit notes will not be issues on exchanged goods  
  • Sale goods cannot be returned in store.
