Welcome to 2022! 2020 and 2021 brought many challenges for us all. But it’s always good to go into a new year feeling positive and ready for whatever it may bring. So, here’s to a fantastic start to the year and a lovely January.
Let’s look back at December and see what we’ve got in store for January to get the new year going.
December Was Full of Joy…
The 12 Days of Christmas Competition Was A Huge Success
We were overjoyed by the fantastic reaction to our 12 Days of Christmas competition. A huge congratulations to Noleen Forester for winning the contest and receiving 12 fabulous prizes. We hope you enjoy them.
December also saw a lot of new faces joining our mailing list. To all our new subscribers, welcome! We hope you enjoy our emails.
Congratulations to the Susan Jackson Competition Winner
Everyone at Style Boutique loves working with the lovely Susan Jackson. She is incredibly inspiring as well as fashionable, and if you don’t follow her on Instagram, you’re missing out.
In December, we held a competition with Susan that saw one of her followers win £100. Congratulations to Helen J. Shanahan for nabbing this fantastic prize.
We Partied At The Christmas Staff Night Out
For reasons we won’t name, we had to miss out on hosting our annual Christmas party in 2020.
Thankfully, we could go out and let our hair down in 2021 (though it was touch and go for a time)! The Style Boutique team headed to the Sliverbirches Hotel in Omagh to dance the night away. The food was brilliant, and the whole night was the perfect way to celebrate the end of an eventful year.
Ending the Year with Family Christmas in Bundoran
On a personal level, Christmas was something I was dreading. This Christmas was the first without our wonderful Charlie, and I knew it would be difficult.
But, thankfully, I had to make the most of the season for the grandchildren. They were so excited, and their joy was so cheering and warming. As Christmas this year was unlike any other we’ve had before, we decided to forgo tradition and headed to Bundoran.
The whole family helped out with preparations for Christmas dinner (there is always so much to do with such a large clan). Luckily, Santa was told about the new address in advance, so all our presents were delivered on time and Christmas day was a huge success!
