I had a chat with some of the lovely women on the shop floor and we put together a little list of things to consider when dressing for a wedding when you are over 50! 

1. Dress for your shape! - It is vital that you dress for your figure! Just because you are over 50 does not mean you need to hide that wonderful figure of yours! 

2. Think about how long you are going to be on your feet! If it will be a while ensure you wear comfortable shoes... I said comfortable... not flats... your 50 not 105, you can still be stylish! 

3. Don't upstage the bride! It's her day! You can still look fabulous without wearing white or cream! 

4. Try not to wear something too short or too revealing! You don't want to look like mutton dressed as lamb! 

 5. Don't lose sight of who you are. Your outfit is supposed to be a reflection of you, not the other way around!
