Returns Information
Not loving the look? No problem! You can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Please allow up to 7 working days for our Team to process your return and refund. Your bank may take up to 10 working days to show the refund in your account.
Please inform us within 14 days if there is a problem with your order.
We do not cover the cost of your return and we advise getting it tracked.

Where are you located?
We have four stores in total: Omagh, Cookstown, Enniskillen & Magherafelt.
Can I pay for an item online and pick it up in store?
Yes, we offer click and collect! Currently click and collect is only available in out Omagh branch!
When ordering your item please insure you click ‘Pick Up’ and not ‘Ship’
Once your item is ready for collection you will receive an email with your order number and all you have to do is call into store and ask one of the girls behind the counter and they will get it for you!
Is everything I see online available in store?
Every item we showcase online is available in our stores! There are a few exceptions however, such as Joseph Ribkoff. Joseph Ribkoff is only available in our Cookstown store and online!
Can I return items bought online?

Will I be charged customs when shipping to the UK or Ireland?
No, there will not be any customs or import tax charges for anyone ordering from the UK or Ireland.
